Our Build Material (Easy-Flow)
Gets its name from the low operating temperatures needed to deliver the material along with its fluid like characteristics. These two factors help insure your build jet will perform smoothly and last longer.
Added plasticizers allows an element of elasticity to the finished model making handling during post-processing safer and your finished parts better able to withstand minor impacts. Easy-Flow’s burn out characteristics have been tested and have shown to actually exceed that of investment casting wax. The expansion rate of our Build Material is closely aligned with our Support Material so cracking of parts is minimized or eliminated.
Our Support Materials (Easy-Melt HT and Premium)
As the name implies, melts at a very low temperature for easier clean up during post-processing.
Our collapse melt feature minimizes concerns of thermal expansion that cracks finished parts during post-processing. This saves you time on post-processing and removes many of the concerns during the post-processing phase.
